Scrambled egg recipe recipe step by step

Ingredients:

  • Oil
  • 1 egg
  • Chopped onion
  • Chopped tomato
  • Chopped coriander
  • Curry leaves
  • Green chili
  • Turmeric
  • Salt

Process:

1. Place a pan on the gas and heat oil in it.
2. In a bowl, take one egg.
3. Add chopped onion, tomato, coriander, curry leaves, green chili, turmeric, and salt.
4. Beat the egg and mix all the ingredients well to form a smooth mixture.
5. Pour the mixture into the hot oil.
